   • Purpose: Sign-in and generation inside the extension. Provider API keys stay on https://viewmax.studio and are never shipped in the extension.

Connected ChatGPT and Codex plugin

When you connect the ViewMax plugin, ViewMax receives the account permissions you approve and the prompts, selected reference URLs, speech text, lyrics and generation settings you deliberately send through its tools. The plugin does not request or reconstruct your complete chat history. It returns the requested model options, available credits, task status and generated media links to the host application. Account passwords and provider API keys are not tool inputs.

Necessary creation inputs are processed by the configured provider for the selected capability, which may include KIE, ByteDance Ark, ElevenLabs or another supported model provider. Hosting and storage services process task records and outputs. Prompt and image inputs may also be sent to OpenAI for content safety review when that review is configured. Provider-specific retention and training practices can differ; contact support before submitting confidential or sensitive material.

Task records are retained as part of your account history until deleted through available account controls or a support request, subject to backups and records retained for security, billing and legal obligations. Returned media URLs may expire according to the provider or hosting service; a task record does not guarantee permanent access to that URL. Revoking OAuth or disconnecting the plugin stops subsequent authorized access and does not delete existing tasks. You can request access, correction or deletion at support@viewmax.studio. The plugin does not collect payment-card details or offer checkout, subscriptions or credit purchases.

The plugin is intended for account-holding creators aged 13 and over. It does not target children under 13. Do not send personal information about children under 13 through plugin prompts or references. If such information is submitted, contact support so we can investigate and handle deletion where required.

Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. The data we collect is stored securely on our servers, and we implement a variety of security measures including encryption and access controls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Identifiers are hashed (SHA-256) before being shared. Advertising platforms may only use them to match against their own user base in accordance with their policies, and may not use them for any other purpose or disclose them further.
• We and our partners may also use cookies and similar technologies to measure and personalize advertising.
