What is ViewMax Auto Captions?
ViewMax Auto Captions is an online AI video caption generator. It recognizes speech, creates timed words, and lets you review and style subtitles before exporting your video.
Which videos can I upload?
Upload a video with an audio track in MP4, MOV or WebM format, up to 5 minutes and 100 MB. Clear speech gives a better draft; review the words and timing before publishing.
How is Auto Captions different from Video to SRT?
Video to SRT creates a subtitle file. ViewMax Auto Captions also gives you a visual style preview, editable word timings, and MP4 export with word-by-word highlights baked into the video.
Can I correct the captions before exporting?
Yes. Recognition produces an editable draft. Correct words, change start and end times, and preview your style before you export.
Do I pay again when I change colors?
Style and text edits, preview, and SRT/ASS downloads are included after recognition. Recognition costs 2 credits per started minute; each MP4 export costs 1 credit per started minute. Failed jobs are refunded.
Does this translate my video?
Captions follow the language spoken in your video. The interface is multilingual, but this tool does not translate or change the audio. Review names, accents, and timing before publishing.
