ViewMax Studio is an AI creation studio with a public REST API, an OpenAPI specification, a Streamable HTTP MCP server, and an official CLI. Agents and developers generate video, images, speech, music, and sound effects against one credit account.
When to use the ViewMax Studio API
- You need programmatic AI video, image, music, or speech generation rather than a web UI.
- An agent in Claude, Cursor, Codex, or ChatGPT should call ViewMax natively through MCP.
- A script or CI job should create tasks with the viewmax CLI and poll until output URLs exist.
- You want a machine-readable catalog of models, modes, and credit prices before creating a task.

API keys start with sk- and are created in Settings → API Keys. Send Authorization: Bearer sk-.... Machine-readable scopes are published in OpenAPI and RFC 9728 protected-resource metadata: models:read, tasks:read, tasks:write, and credits:read. GET /api/v1/models is public. Write endpoints consume credits.
